The Executive Director is responsible for the overall management and direction of the Association. He works closely with the government on legislative and regulatory issues to defend the interests of his members.
Micheline is responsible for the management of the office operations of the Association including: event coordination, member services as well as the accounting.
She is also responsible for the management of the LCV Training Program. As well, she manages special projects such as the Good Life fitness memberships.
Micheline is fluently bilingual and has her degree in Business with a Major in Accounting. She has over 25 years experience in accounting and office administration.
