The APTA office and our membership were saddened to learn the news that Kevin Hillman of Hillmans Transfer of Sydney, N.S., passed away on July 18^th following a boating accident.

Pennsylvania Idling exemption now expired!

An exemption that allowed commercial truck drivers in Pennsylvania to let their vehicles idle for more than 5 minutes for purposes of cooling or heating has expired.
