CROSS BORDER SAFETY SEMINAR

Twice a year, the APTA SAFETY COUNCIL and Maine Motor Transport Administration gather members for a 2-day seminar to discuss safety issues and concerns from both or either side of the United States / Canadian border.

 

COMMERCIAL VEHICLE SAFETY WHEEL SERVICE TRAINING 
A 1-day training program to teach service personnel the risks to improper installation and how to spot defective components.  Time is spent on how to properly prepare wheels for installation and the correct tightening procedures and full knowledge of wheel manufacturer recommended procedures for torque checks and preventative maintenance.
